Hadlow Edwards Wealth Management is proud of its distinctive approach to its clients and their financial affairs. Its unique approach and 17 years’ experience has seen the firm grow, prompting its location to a larger, more suitable property.
In search of a larger floorplate to accommodate its growing team as well as an attractive space to welcome its clients, Hadlow Edwards found the perfect solution at the Old Brewery.
Built around 1882 by Wrexham Lager’s founders, German immigrants Ivan Levinstein and Otto Isler, the impressive listed building reflected Hadlow Edwards’ unique ethos.
The Old Brewery provided an ideal canvas for Hadlow Edwards’ new office, lending itself to a design incorporating a combination of open plan workspace, meeting rooms and private offices, while also retaining the property’s period details.
Whilst the features and benefits of the building allowed for a flexible office environment, Aztec’s team of designers, led by architect Maggie Mullan, worked closely with the client to ensure the space was best utilised.
Once the layout had been agreed, our team provided a fully detailed specification setting out all required works. This included bespoke joinery and furniture, M&E works, decoration and flooring, and fixtures and fittings – all to be delivered within a strict budget.
A programme of works was agreed between all parties – timing was key to the success of the project.
Once on site our team worked tirelessly to guarantee the agreed occupation date, all carefully coordinated by an Aztec Contract Manager.
The finished result is a high-quality office building that blends period features with modern design and is bursting with character.
Not only has a historically important building been preserved, but Hadlow Edwards now has a space that reflects its vision and that supports its growth strategy for the coming years.
