When public relations agency Paver Smith planned a move to new offices in Liverpool city centre, they knew exactly what they were looking for.

“We needed an impressive space with the real wow factor”, said MD Dougal Paver, “Our aim is to make our office the top place to do business and an inspirational working environment for our staff.”

Paver Smith appointed Aztec to help with every part of the office planning and fit out, from maximising the space to creating kitchen, reception and board room areas.

The brief was to make the most of the stunning views and keep solid internal walls to a minimum. The boardroom walls were designed in glass with a square motif to keep the views from reception over the river and out across the city.

Aztec designed a curving wall around the reception area painted to match the company’s business cards; they also sourced and fitted the impressive curved reception desk.

The kitchen was also designed and fitted by Aztec to maximise the use of space and create enough working room and storage for both client and staff needs.

“We’re absolutely delighted with the finished product which was completed on time and to budget. Now the surroundings and the views are so impressive nearly every visitor who comes into the office asks if we ever get any work done.” Dougal added.
