Kingston Shaw

The show flat for St Paul's square required Aztec Interiors to work closely with one of Liverpool’s most successful interior design practices. With over 12 years of interior design experience managing director Kate Kingston was highly aware of the issues that they normally face with communications on projects of this size.

The project involved the construction of a show flat on 61- 63 Dale Street Liverpool. The specification that had been drawn up by Kingston Shaw required Aztec interiors own fit out teams to manage and work with 2 specialist contractors one for the kitchen and the second for the flooring.

Through Aztec Interiors establishing with Kingston Shaw a clear communications structure with our own teams and our sub-contractors, issues and problems were dealt with in a fast and effective manor. Through the use of effective communication Aztec Interiors were able to complete the project on time and to budget and to the desired high quality specification of Kingston Shaw.  

Working closely with our contracts director, Rae Seymour, Kate and Rae were able to deal with the site issues quickly and effectively. Aztec interiors experiences in the interior fit out industry has allowed the establishment of clear and effective lines off communication to be established.
