English Cities Fund

English Cities Fund selected a prime location in Liverpool city centre to launch the sale of their new development at St Paul’s Square in Liverpool. The aim of the show apartment was to attract private individuals to the high quality apartments being offered that would physically stand out from the many current developments in Liverpool at present.

The project created some unusual development issues for the team. The first was to recreate the environment of the apartment in a building designed for commercial use. The second was to meet the budget and timescale. Working closely with our contracts director, Rae Seymour and Kate Kingston of Kingston Shaw interior designers, we were able to deal with the site challenges quickly and effectively. The result for English Cities Fund was the show apartment opened on time with no problems or issues form the works carried out.

As a specialist in providing high quality and cost effective interior solutions within the fit out industry Aztec interiors experiences allowed the apartment to be finished recreating the design specialist’s specifications. With all aspects of the finished article being clearly understood the end result was a high finished show apartment on time and to budget.
