We recently acquired a contract worth £450,000 to refurbish and assist
in the relocation of Bermans Solicitors to new offices in Liverpool. Over a two-year
period we completed detailed studies and surveys to identify how we could improve
Bermans' working environment and operations. By doing so we understood their requirements
and commenced planning a scheme that would reflect their professional profile
through fine presentation, reasoned strategy and practical application
all within a controlled budget.
Initially it was unclear exactly how much office space the solicitors would
require at their new premises. After a careful evaluation we were pleased to conclude
Bermans could operate within half the office space they had been using, thereby
saving them a substantial sum of money.
To avoid interrupting Bermans' daily work, we managed the relocation to the
new premises. This involved moving existing equipment and paperwork within a tightly
controlled critical path programme. We ensured this was completed within agreed
timescales to minimise disruption to Bermans' employees.
